CUTS Steakhouse and The Sports Bar at CUTS is a new addition to the downtown Atlanta dining scene. Native Atlantans may recall this space was originally occupied by Steak & Ale. CUTS shares space with TRUVA Turkish Kitchen and both are under the same ownership. Enter TRUVA from Peachtree Center Avenue, and CUTS on Andrew Young International Drive.
Cut in to variety of dining options, select the main dining area, main bar, patio, semi-private/private areas, or the Sports Bar at CUTS. If you seek a romantic setting, request your dining fireside. CUTS Steakhouse reflects Southern inspired cuisine, steaks, fried lobster tail, and a wonderful wine room for your pairing and sipping pleasure.
The bar menu features classic cocktails along with wines selected to compliment CUTS menu. While deciding on entrées, order the Shrimp Ceviche (pickled cabbage, jalapeno, plantain tostones) for your table. Shrimp and Grits (garlic sautéed shrimp,tomato, scallion, cheddar grits) a trendy Southern dish, is done well here and is recommended. Pecan encrusted Salmon (chilled quinoa salad, charred scallions, peach gastrique) enjoyed during the media preview is also suggested.
Select Signature Steaks, (including Prime Rib served with a Vanilla Salt Crust) choose your sauce: CUTS signature steak sauce, Béarnaise, Green peppercorn, creamy horseradish, or lemon butter sauce. Top off your steak with: crumbled Bleu cheese, Thyme-caramelized onions, herbed Goat cheese, oven roasted mushrooms, Lump crab, and southern fried lobster tail. Sides and Sweets round out the menu.
