Shula’s 347 Grill is located across the street from Lenox mall inside the Atlanta Marriot
Buckhead. Parking was a breeze, since valet parking is free for anyone dining at the
restaurant. Valet parking is especially nice on a cold and rainy night, as it was the evening we were invited to sample Shula’s new menu.

Don Shula, one of the most winning NFL coaches has another winning organization with
Shula’s 347 Grill. The restaurant is unique by combining the attributes of a steak house
with an upscale sports bar. The atmosphere is inviting with the high ceilings and cozy
bar. There are flat panel televisions over the bar and an 18’ high wall with a projection
screen TV.

As we walked into Shula’s we were immediately greeted and shown to our seats. They
have a full bar and a nice selection of wines to choose from. We had a sampling of
appetizers, all of which were tasty, and I enjoyed the Teriyaki glazed pork ribs over a
bed a fresh vegetables most immensely. The ribs were tender and easily pulled away from the
bone with a fork, which was my favorite appetizer. We also had grilled chicken skewers
served with a red pepper sauce and also a peanut sauce to give it an Asian flare. The
fried polenta sprinkled with parmesan was served with a warm tomato sauce.

We finished off the evening with a couple desserts. We tried the Crème Brulee and also
the Dulce De Leche Cheesecake. The cheesecake was delicious and I look forward to
having it again and again in the future.
