At a time when most restaurants are struggling to bring in customers, few are doing exceedingly well. One example is the Capital Grille. With an extremely popular Buckhead, Atlanta location the Capital Grille recently opened up a second Atlanta location in Dunwoody. Not happy to simply take over a new space, Capital also revamped certain parts of the restaurant in effort to keep consistent with their new green initiatives.

Besides the phenomenal service at the Captial Grille, their food is consistently fantastic, albeit quite pricey. Nevertheless, one of the best steaks to be had is the Kona Steak. This is a dry-aged, bone-in steak with a coffee rub. The shallot butter adds the perfect finish to this delightful cut of meat.
