The Misfit Foodies are group of friends and colleagues who have connected through Social Media and the real world. We take delight in gathering with each other to explore and learn along with sharing our experiences through Social Media. We share our explorations of existing hot spots and discovering new options in Atlanta.
Some of us were or are currently in the Food and Beverage industry. Others work in Media, Events, IT and a host of other different jobs. Recently I attended a MisFit outing at The Big Chow Grill courtesy of our host Karen Canavan PR. This was my first visit since the name change from The Real Chow Baby to The Big Chow Grill at the Cobb Galleria. The concept is simple: A fresh, make-your-own-stir-fry-bowl, unlimited buffet plus additional offerings of appetizers, sushi, desserts and bar beverages.
There is a new welcomed addition of more seafood items and Create-your-own-Sushi. Select from nori-maki, nigiri and combination rolls. Don’t see what you had your heart set on? No problem: Pick your choice of rice, vegetable, protein and sauce to create a roll of your own!
Do save room for the B-52 cheesecake – a creamy combination of Bailey’s, Kahlua, Grand Marnier and a rich, chocolate ganache.
