Food Network’s Chopped airs new episodes featuring Atlanta chefs on August 7th. Chef Zeb Stevenson of Livingston and Proof & Provision, both located at the Georgian Terrace, and Atlanta chef Suzanne Vizethann of The Hungry Peach and soon-to-open Buttermilk Restaurant will judge a culinary competition on August 7 in advance of their own battles being aired. Both chefs have competed on Food Network’s ultimate cooking challenge “Chopped.” “Chopped” is a rapid-fire contest where chefs are provided a mystery basket of ingredients and under extreme time constraint must showcase their skills by preparing a three-course menu for expert judges. Vizethann won her episode which aired on July 19, 2011 and Stevenson’s episode will air August 7 at 10 p.m.
