Summer school never tasted so good. Jonathan and Justin Fox, of Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, are bringing this summer’s “Que Classes.” On July 14, the Texan-born brothers will kick off a three-part series with “The Afternoon BBQ” class. Students will be educated on cooking quick meats like chicken and wings using delicious rubs and sauces.
Each class will be on select Saturdays from 2 to 4 p.m. and will include appetizers, a main dish and a dessert. Classes are family friendly and small-scale, giving each student the individualized attention necessary to ace summer school. See below for a full menu of each “que class.”
Additional classes include “Ribs, Ribs and more Ribs” on July 28, which will tackle any fears of cooking ribs. The Fox brothers will go over all kinds of techniques to make cooking ribs a fear of the past. The “que classes” will close with “The Big Cook” on August 11 focusing on pork and brisket.
“Que Classes” can be individually purchased for $30 per person or buy the series for $80. To purchase tickets for the “Que Classes,” please visit http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/257397. Seats are limited to 20 students per class so secure your spot now. For more information visit www.foxbrosbbq.com. Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q is located at 1238 Dekalb Ave. Atlanta Ga. 30307.
