New Find: Green Tea Ginger Ale

Looking at some of my pictures and reading some of my reviews, you may not think I eat very healthy foods. But believe it or not I do try to incorporate some good eating practices into my diet. One of these being Green Tea. It is supposedly very good for you, packed with Vitamin C and other antioxidants.

So, I was really happy when I discovered this Green Tea Ginger Ale from Canada Dry. Apparently, this has been around for a couple years, but for whatever reason, I completely missed seeing it up until last month. It is pretty tasty and I love the umph the carbonation adds to the Green Tea flavor. As far as sugar, it still has the same amount as a regular soft drink, but it is available in diet too.

I got no problem having a cup of Green Tea in the winter months when it is oh so cold, but come late spring all I want is something cool and refreshing. So, while it may not contain all the benefits of a cup of straight Green Tea, it does have some of that Green Tea good-for-you stuff inside.
